PHASES OF DESIGN:

1.     Schematic Design - create exiting plans if applicable, create ideas in various formats

2.     Design Development - Develop the details of the Schematic Design and create more comprehensive plans

3.     Construction Documents - Produce documents based on he approved Design Development phase along with sealed Engineered plans that are used for permit and construction purposes

4.     Bidding & Negotiation - assist owners with review of bids and assist with document review for the bidder

5.     Construction Administration - virtual or on site observation of projects

6.     Interior Design - collaboration with an Interior Designer and assist with selections as requested
